30 day hamstring stretch challenge printable workout schedule & stickers
The hamstring muscles at the back of the legs are often over tight and cause problems with stiffness, injury and posture-related back problems. This challenge gradually increases flexibility in the hamstrings with a different combination of stretches each day.
Fitness challenges work on the principle of doing a bit more each day over a set time period – usually 30 days. In this way, your body adapts gradually and is able to cope with the constantly increasing workload. The workout plan includes an exercise schedule with full instructions for all the exercises and printable stickers so that you can print off sticker prompts for your planner or diary. A blackout file is also included for easy tracing if you have a cut machine, plus instructions for manual cutting.
